Justin Harper, MD

Dr. Justin Harper is an Aesthetic Physician and healthcare innovator with a diverse background encompassing plastic surgery, dermatology, and medical technology. He founded Juvly Aesthetics in Columbus, OH in 2014 and has grown from a single practice to 10 locations across 5 states with yearly revenues exceeding $16M. Under Dr. Harper’s leadership, Juvly has become the largest independently owned Medical Spa chain in the Aesthetics industry and a center of excellence for technique and thought leadership. In addition to his work at Juvly, Dr. Harper is actively involved in scale and study development as well as conducting and publishing peer-reviewed clinical trials.

Tiphany Hall, PhD

Chief Growth Officer

Tiphany Hall, PhD

Tiphany serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Aesthetic Record, a cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant Electronic Medical Records (EMR) & Practice Management Solution built for the unique needs of practices operating in the high-growth Aesthetic industry. After joining the organization in 2019, she grew the company from 5 employees and less than 1,000 locations in 2019 to now a team of 60 who sell, onboard, and manage more than 9,000 locations serving more than 2 million patients. In addition to driving revenue for the company, Tiphany leads a team of 30 software engineers where she is heavily involved in the continuous development of features and infrastructure improvements of the AR platform. In addition to working inside the business, she’s also focused externally, bringing about key partnerships and integrations within the industry.

Sarah serves as the Director of our newest software product, LeadAR! Prior to leading the LeadAR team, she was integral in building key third-party partnerships. Early in her career, she honed her management skills in the retail industry working for notable companies such as Dillard’s and BCBGMAXAZRIA.

Miguel Rojas, originally from Caracas, Venezuela, boasts a strong background in operations management and consulting. Since his relocation to the United States in 2013, he has left a significant mark across various industries, ranging from lawn care to international banking. Miguel’s forte lies in guiding companies towards achieving operational, financial, and business development excellence.

Before coming to Aesthetic Record, Rachel worked for a startup company of 5 employees where she helped build a software company from the ground up. She pursued her MBA during the COVID-19 pandemic and served as an Associate and Principal Consultant across three projects. Post-MBA, she started her HR career as a HCM Business Partner at Goldman Sachs where she enjoyed solving problems within the HR space.

Maddie comes from a retail management background but she dipped her toes into the aesthetic world and instantly fell in love. An entrepreneur at heart, Maddie finished school at Oklahoma state University in Marketing and jumped straight into owning and operating a successful clothing boutique before joining Aesthetic Record. Maddie has a knack for connecting with customers and loves to wear multiple hats and be involved in all sorts of projects. Her passions include anything related to music & concerts, preferably 60’s – 80’s rock n roll! She’s our resident yogi, a self-proclaimed health nut, and she enjoys taking spontaneous trips to who knows where!

Kenneth Powell holds a Bachelors of Arts from The Ohio State University with major in Strategic Communications. As a Senior Sales Engineer at Aesthetic Record, he trains new account users on how to navigate through the system, including account settings, inventory, and the provider app. Not only does Kenneth assist aesthetic/health professionals to configure their accounts for success, he’s also a big part of the AR introduction and training video series where he personally welcomes each new user! In addition to onboarding new users, Kenny troubleshoots software issues and users concerns to ensure all systems are operational both for clients and internal employees. Kenneth also enjoys cooking and fashion and works out of the Columbus, OH AR office.

Under Dr. Harper’s leadership, Juvly has become the largest independently owned Medical Spa chain in the Aesthetics industry and a center of excellence for technique and thought leadership. In addition to his work at Juvly, Dr. Harper is actively involved in scale and study development as well as conducting and publishing peer-reviewed clinical trials.

After joining the organization in 2019, she grew the company from 5 employees and less than 1,000 locations in 2019 to now a team of 60 who sell, onboard, and manage more than 9,000 locations serving more than 2 million patients. In addition to driving revenue for the company, Tiphany leads a team of 30 software engineers where she is heavily involved in the continuous development of features and infrastructure improvements of the AR platform. In addition to working inside the business, she’s also focused externally, bringing about key partnerships and integrations within the industry.

Prior to coming to Aesthetic Record, Marc was a Special Education teacher in San Antonio for 5 years. Marc brings that compassion and dedication as an educator to his Aesthetic Record clients. As an Associate Sales specialist, he works collaboratively across the organization to bring the collective experience of the entire AR team to each of his interactions. Marc is a big advocate for education and is continuing his journey by pursuing an additional degree in CyberSecurity at UTSA. With what free time he has, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and watching all types of sports.

She pursued her MBA during the COVID-19 pandemic and served as an Associate and Principal Consultant across three projects. Post-MBA, she started her HR career as a HCM Business Partner at Goldman Sachs where she enjoyed solving problems within the HR space.
