JD Prior to joining AR, JR worked remotely with a diverse range of global clients, gaining extensive experience in customer service, technical support, content writing, social media management and graphic design, blog management, and e-commerce operations.
In his current role as Integrations & Client Support Lead at Aesthetic Record, he works directly with clients while collaborating closely with internal teams and third-party partners to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience.
Beyond his professional life, JR loves to explore new places—he’s visited 32 countries and counting. His other interests include reading, listening to music, watching films, dining out with loved ones, and singing karaoke with family and friends!
