Macy Robinson

Macy is a proud Texan and graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management. After joining Aesthetic Record as an Event Coordinator, she now serves as the Senior Meeting & Events Manager, celebrating over three years with the company.

With a background in experiential marketing, luxury retail, and client relations, Macy brings a dynamic approach to every event she touches. She leads the planning and execution of Aesthetic Record’s major events, including the annual Aesthetic Next conference, the exclusive Xccelerator Business Retreat, company-wide ARX (Aesthetic Record Exchange), Leadership Retreat, department offsites, and all the creative moments that keep AR’s culture thriving.

Known for her organization, energy, and ability to bring order to even the most complex event logistics, Macy is a master at turning big ideas into seamless experiences. She’s also the go-to source for good vibes, laughs, and unforgettable memories.
