Applicants will be placed in a community with other Practice owners, so they should be willing to openly exchange ideas and best practices with colleagues.
Xccelerator is limited to only 15 Practices, so we want to ensure those who are committed to growth attend. OnRamp is limited to 10 practices, and while they can be relatively new, the ideal attendee is motivated to grow & committed to doing the work to make that happen! We expect that attendees will forge lasting connections and create a cohort of colleagues who will collaborate for years to come. As a result, we want to make sure that every Practice that attends is eager to learn, grow, and commit to transforming their business and being a part of that journey for others. Over the course of the three days onsite and the weeks and months after that, every practice leader and attendee will be charting a similar course, so it’s important to us that we make sure every attendee is ready to take that journey together !
Most importantly, we want to make sure the Practices who attend are in a similar phase of growth in their business. The right Practice for the 1;1 sessions (Xccelerator Pass) is between 6 months & 3 years in business as a full time medical aesthetic clinic. The clinic should be actively seeing patients, producing revenue, and Tracking financial performance. The right practice for OnRamp is one that is getting started up to 3 years and is interested in more business knowledge, not specific consultative help.
As far as attendees, we will require a few extra pieces of information based on the requests of the advisors, so you must be willing to help us get that information! Additionally, attendees should be open to change and new ideas for how to grow their business and have a willingness to take calculated risks for strategic growth. You need to also be able to articulate areas of opportunity in the business and a realistic perspective of the operating rhythm of the business.
No, we do not have any minimum requirements, however, we do want the practice to be actively generating revenue. the advisors can be far more helpful in assessing an existing business and providing plans for improvement than if the practice was forecasting potential revenue instead.
We fully anticipate that we will receive an excess of applicants, Those coveted spots are first come / first serve for the practices who meet the criteria! Once we find 15 practices to join us for Xccelerator and no more than 10 for OnRamp, we will let applicants know their status as soon as we know it. If someone cannot attend who has applied and been accepted, we will contact practices who qualified but were outside of the first 25 with an invitation to join us.
Once we notify the practices who have been selected, we will ask that registration be completed within 48 hours. That allows us to confirm that each applicant is still available and committed to attend, and if not, we can continue with invitations. W will include instructions for registering for Xccelerator & OnRamp in the email.
Once your application is approved, we will send a registration link for the Practice Leader Pass and up to two team member passes. The team member passes are offered at a steep discount, but please note, they do not come with a hotel stay at the Omni Las Colinas. However, guest rooms are provided within the xccelerator room block at $189 per night.
In the course of completing your application, you will provide us with a ranking of where you believe you need the most assistance to take your practice to the next level. We will take that information and build out your schedule accordingly. The 1:1 sessions will happen throughout Saturday and Sunday
