Xccelerator: Scale & Sell is designed for Practices who are preparing for the next step in their growth trajectory which might be expanding a single location to more square footage, adding more locations, or preparing for an acquisition. On average, these Practices have been in business for 3+ years and are consistently generating $2 million per year in revenue. Challenges may be creating robust SOPs that can grow as your organization grows, recruiting and onboarding talent for a new location, cleaning up your financials to prepare for due diligence, or beginning to centralize operations as you open second and third location.
Who from your practice should attend?
We strongly recommend that the owner or primary decision maker attend to take full advantage of the 1:1 consultative sessions with our expert faculty. This may require more in depth knowledge of your business operations which may only be known by the owner. We also recommend bringing your Practice Manager. During the afternoon consultation block, attendees will have the option to attend one of the available workshops per each session block. If you’re eager to maximize your opportunity to gain valuable knowledge, send at least two attendees so you can experience both the 1:1 consulting and the optional workshops!

Xccelerator Attendees should be in business full time for a minimum of 3 years and have a top line revenue of ~$2 Million for 2024.
The Practice should be in good standing. This event is not designed to cover in depth legal or financial issues specific to a particular Practice.
Attendees should have a bonafide desire to transform their Practice via scaling or selling.
Attendees should have an entrepreneurial drive and a willingness to continue learning and growing.
Attendees should be able to honestly assess and articulate the current status of the Practice and where they need assistance to reach the next level.
Attendees will be placed in a community with other Practice owners, so they should be willing to openly exchange ideas and best practices with colleagues.
Attendees should contribute to a learning environment that is open and transparent and remain discreet and not disclose any information entrusted to them by their peers throughout the weekend.
Attendees must commit to completing a brief questionnaire upon registration that helps our faculty & advisors better understand the Practice and the potential future plans.
