Staff can request a GFE from Qualiphy inside their AR Provider App & web-based Command Center three ways:

Qualiphy’s licensed team of Providers can screen up 70+ procedures. Practices can customize exams inside their Qualiphy dashboard and those exams will populate inside of Aesthetic Record. After you set up your Qualiphy account, everything else can be done using Aesthetic Record!

Connect Your Patients to Qualiphy & Track Their Exam Completion

As soon as a Qualiphy exam is requested from Aesthetic Record, your Patient receives an email invitation to start their screening. Providers can check the status of any requested exams on the Patient’s timeline prior to the appointment to ensure completion. Exam requests are valid for 30 days, but it’s easy to delete or resend to the patient if needed. If an exam expires or the Patient fails to complete it, you will never be charged!

If the exam is requested during the appointment, Patients can join from their phone or Providers can facilitate the live screening from within their AR iOS app or web-based Command Center.

Review Exam Results from the Patient’s Timeline

Completed Qualiphy exams are displayed directly on the Patient’s timeline for easy review during the next appointment. Providers can quickly see the summary of any requested screenings, either accepted or denied for treatment, and click into the exam to access the full results. All completed screening results are stored on the Patient’s timeline, and they are also stored in the Document Repository for easy searching & exporting as needed.

As Patient exams are completed and made available in the Patient’s timeline, they are tracked and reported inside of Business Insights. Practices can keep an accurate count of their monthly GFE spend and confirm it with their charges from Qualiphy
