Specializing in identifying business gaps and deficiencies while strategically developing workflows to optimize efficiencies, her approach to guiding projects is one that lays a heavy emphasis on quality, a sense of urgency and a willingness to “lead from the front”.

By focusing on cross departmental dependencies, she has been able to successfully decrease business drift and improve handoff gaps during high profile EMR implementations, large and small. Over the years, her strengths at Leidos and Physician Technology Partners have garnered recognition and awards for leading multi-million dollar rollouts and maintaining a strong commitment to scope and deliverables. Sakeia, a published author, may spend her days thinking, strategizing and creating project plans, but it’s the thrill of adding value to her team and clients that wakes her up in the morning!

When she’s not behind a laptop or a book, Sakeia enjoys playing the alto Saxophone, listening to music and traveling.
