Before coming to Aesthetic Record, Rachel worked for a startup company of 5 employees where she helped build a software company from the ground up. She pursued her MBA during the COVID-19 pandemic and served as an Associate and Principal Consultant across three projects. Post-MBA, she started her HR career as a HCM Business Partner at Goldman Sachs where she enjoyed solving problems within the HR space.

At AR, she serves as the Talent Development Manager and is focused on creating the ideal end-to-end employee experience. She is passionate about helping others achieve their maximum potential through learning opportunities, stretch assignments, and performance feedback. When she’s not working, she enjoys being at home with her dog, going to the theatre, and spending a weekend at the ranch.
