At the start of your Aesthetic Record subscription, we’ll enroll you in our self-paced online learning academy filled with training modules and lessons designed to help you master Aesthetic Record. Glide through onboarding milestones with video walkthroughs, feature guides, and knowledge assessments to test your new skills along the way! You’ll receive badges for your learning progress and have the ability to collaborate with other new Aesthetic Record users in our dedicated onboarding community forums.
As you complete your online learning modules, you’ll have access to 4 corresponding live trainings led by our AR Success Coaches. These small group sessions include in-depth walk throughs and how-tos for each of our foundational features. There’s devoted time to get your questions answered and ensure you feel confident before moving on to the next training.
