Jason loves helping people get better at what they do. He creates training that is practical, engaging, and focused on helping teams grow together.
Before moving into corporate learning and development, Jason spent nearly 20 years teaching in Christian ministry, where he built a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and coaching. He brings a people-first approach to his work, with a mix of clarity, encouragement, and real-world application.
Outside of work, Jason is a big fan of stand-up comedy, superheroes, and cheering on his hometown team, the Los Angeles Lakers.
