Darnetria Payne joins Aesthetic Record as our LeadAR Commercial Growth & Brand Manager, owning LeadAR’s commercial growth—from product positioning and go-to-market strategy to sales enablement and partner development. A Texas A&M graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a minor in Marketing, Darnetria has built her career as a certified Senior Project Manager, bringing a proven track record in marketing, logistics, client relations, and leading cross-functional initiatives from the ground up to exceed expectations. She brings a hands-on leadership style rooted in genuine relationship building and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across teams.
Outside of work, Darnetria enjoys thriving in the beauty industry, golfing, and spending time with family. She also has a personal passion for styling, which allows her to help others feel confident and put their best selves forward.
