Lexi founded Yoo Direct Health only three years ago, and she’s been on a whirlwind of explosive growth, a testament to her creative genius and clinical skills.
When it comes to wellness, she’s completed multiple certifications in functional medicine & trains others on hormone/pellet therapy. This integrative approach to healthcare has been a passion of hers for many years and laid the foundation for long-term success and the retention of clients.
Then….Enter Aesthetics. Lexi’s practice also offers a full array of aesthetic services, and each part of her practice acts as a referral stream for the other. She’s busy splitting her time between both sides of the business, but she’s cultivated a staff that is hyper- focused on delivering results as the demand increases.
She’s been named a 2022 GAIN trainer and continues to educate via her own channels. She’s also building a new 22,000 sq ft facility to house her practice & venture into property management. At the same time, she’s hiring more and more staff to manage the growing patient list & list of services.
And she’s doing it all by staying focused on her staff, her patients, and maintaining the balance between work & family!
