What is RepeatMD and how does it work with Aesthetic Record?
RepeatMD is a customizable patient rewards and membership app designed to increase retention and revenue for aesthetic practices. When integrated with Aesthetic Record (AR), practices can manage memberships, redemptions, and patient wallets directly inside their AR platform. This feature is part of AR Pay, but requires an additional setup and subscription with RepeatMD.
Is RepeatMD automatically included in my AR Pay subscription?
No. While RepeatMD is available as an integration under AR Pay, it is not automatically enabled. Practices must purchase and set up their RepeatMD subscription separately. The cost covers your custom app build-out and all RepeatMD features, including the ability to offer loyalty rewards, promotions, and memberships.
Will my existing RepeatMD memberships transfer to Aesthetic Record?
Yes. Once your RepeatMD account is connected to Aesthetic Record, all existing memberships will automatically sync, so you can manage them seamlessly in AR.
Can patients use both AR credits and RepeatMD credits in one transaction?
Yes, patients can use both AR Pay credits and RepeatMD credits, but not on the same line item within an invoice.
What happens if a patient’s RepeatMD redemption is higher than their invoice total?
Any excess credit will automatically transfer to a “RepeatMD Balance Transfer Credit” wallet for the patient to use on future purchases.
