Lexi is an Arkansas native turned Dallasite with a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, where she was also a collegiate athlete. With a background spanning medical sales, operational strategy, and client-facing account leadership, Lexi has built her career around helping businesses grow through smarter systems, stronger relationships, and scalable processes. Before joining Aesthetic Record, she worked in prosthetic sales, supporting clinics and patients — an experience that shaped her ability to balance business goals with real-world care and service. At Aesthetic Record, Lexi partners with teams and clients to improve operational workflows, strengthen platform adoption, and help practices scale with confidence. Outside of work, you’ll find her diving into her next creative project, curating aesthetic content, crafting something for a themed party, or planning her next adventure — preferably with an iced coffee in hand.
