Derrick is the Sales Operations Manager for LeadAR and has been with the company since 2021. He focuses on improving sales processes, supporting team performance, and making it easier for practices to use LeadAR effectively in their day-to-day operations. With an MBA and Lean Six Sigma training, Derrick combines data-driven process improvement with real-world sales execution to drive measurable impact across the organization.
Before joining Aesthetic Record, Derrick built a broad foundation in both customer experience and business operations — from working in Sales & Marketing for State Farm to literally learning the business from the ground up as a meat cutter with H-E-B. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and later completed his MBA through Wayland Baptist University in San Antonio.

When he’s not working, Derrick is courageously holding onto his softball career long past its natural expiration date, watching sports like a committed scout with zero decision-making authority, and golfing with a swing so bad it gives hope to amateurs everywhere.
