With a dynamic 16-year journey in the realm of education, Ashley Dean brings her unwavering passion for empowering others to her role as Associate Director, Client Onboarding where she leads all facets of the new AR client journey. Previously serving as Chief of Staff, Learning and Development Manager and Implementation and Retention Manager, Ashley also co-leads the Emerging Leaders Program, helping to shape the next generation of organizational leaders.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Special Education, Ashley possesses a strong academic foundation that underpins her multifaceted career. Her thirst for knowledge led her to pursue leadership studies, earning certifications in both school building level and school district level administration—reflecting her drive not just to educate, but to lead and inspire.
Ashley has held roles spanning from classroom teacher to consultant and trainer, using her insights to spark positive change and elevate the skills of those around her. Her holistic involvement in the education sector speaks to her deep understanding of its complexities and her enduring commitment to growth and development.
Outside of work, Ashley and her husband Tim stay busy supporting their three children in their many activities.
